On behalf of my client, Trevor Welcyk, this letter is to notify you of our intent to sue for damages caused by you to my client.
On October 17, 2007, at Rockcreek Elementary School, in the presence of numerous other students, you made statements that were slanderous and injurious to my Client. You stated, with all seriousness, that my Client was "...a dweeb" who "...still wets his bed."
